Accessibility Statement

The law office of Asaf Avraham & Co. makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service in accordance with the provisions of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it.

The purpose of this accessibility statement is to enhance the user experience on the website and to provide equal and accessible service to people with disabilities. The accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, at Level AA, subject to the changes and adaptations made in the Israeli standard document.

The office’s website is fully adapted to accessibility standards, allowing individuals with disabilities and the elderly to browse just like any other user.

Accessibility compatibility was tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge browsers. Additionally, tests were conducted on desktops, laptops, and smartphones including iPhone and Samsung models.

  • Website content is written in clear language using legible fonts.

  • The site structure includes headings, paragraphs, and lists to improve readability.

  • Navigation on the website is simple and convenient, including accessible and clear menus.

  • Links are clear and include descriptions of their destination.

  • Links at the top of the page allow direct skipping to the desired content.

  • Textual descriptions for images and icons to support assistive technologies.

  • Responsive design for different screen resolutions.

  • Play and pause buttons for galleries and videos.

  • Implementation of ARIA rules to improve content interpretation by assistive technologies.

  • Accessibility adjustments for menus, forms, fields, headings, tabs, and pop-ups.

Display adjustment options:

  • Zooming in or out of the website is possible by pressing the “CTRL” key along with the mouse scroll wheel or the “+” and “-” keys. Each step adjusts the display by 10%.

  • Font size can be changed via the accessibility menu on the website.

  • Keyboard navigation is supported by using the “Tab” key to move between options and “Enter” to activate the selected option.

The website does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. Where such content exists, it can be stopped by clicking or using the “Tab” key and pressing “Enter.”

Adjustments for users with visual or hearing impairments:

  • Basic resolution enhancements for improved visibility.

  • Use of voice recognition software.

  • Support for voice recognition packages built into operating systems.
