  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Welcome to the official website of Asaf Avraham & Co. – Law Firm, located at avraham-law.com (hereinafter: “the Website” and “the Firm,” respectively).
1.2 This document constitutes the Website’s Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).
1.3 The Website’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is incorporated into these Terms and constitutes an integral part thereof.
1.4 Use of the Website and any content published therein is subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in these Terms.
1.5 By accessing or using the Website, you expressly and fully consent to these Terms and its stipulations. It is therefore recommended that you read this document carefully before using the Website.
1.6 These Terms apply to all uses and access to the Website, regardless of the device used (including but not limited to computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) or the method of access (such as via the internet, mobile networks, or other communication channels).
1.7 The Firm reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or replace these Terms and/or any other document governing the use of the Website at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of the latest conditions.
1.8 The section headings in this document are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or applicability of the Terms.
1.9 For convenience, these Terms are drafted in the masculine form, but all provisions apply equally to all genders. Singular terms shall be interpreted as including the plural, and vice versa, as applicable.

  1. Restrictions on Use of the Website

2.1 The Website and all content therein are intended solely for personal use and do not confer ownership rights or commercial usage rights. Users agree not to reverse engineer, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any materials or content from the Website without explicit prior written consent from Attorney Asaf Avraham.
2.2 Any alteration, copying, distribution, transmission, display, performance, reproduction, publication, derivative work creation, sale, or any other unauthorized use of the Website’s content or information is strictly prohibited without express prior written approval from Attorney Asaf Avraham.
2.3 Users must not use Website content in a manner that may harm, undermine, distort, or misrepresent its credibility, accuracy, or reliability. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to alter, falsify, or engage in any action that could damage the Firm’s reputation and/or Attorney Asaf Avraham as the rightful owner of the content.
2.4 Users must not interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, including but not limited to actions that disrupt other users, impair Website content, or affect the operation of the Website’s servers. Additionally, users are prohibited from attempting to bypass, disable, or compromise any security features implemented on the Website.
2.5 Direct linking to the Website, any part thereof, or its subpages requires prior written consent from Attorney Asaf Avraham. Users are prohibited from directly linking to individual components of the Website, such as files or documents, unless expressly authorized. Furthermore, users may not present the Website in a different design, graphical interface, or format than that set by the Firm, nor in any manner that may impair the integrity of its content.
2.6 Users are prohibited from linking the Website to external sites containing illegal content, material contrary to public order, offensive material, or content that promotes discrimination, defamation, threats, pornography, or unlawful activities.
2.7 The Website includes a contact form for user inquiries. To submit a request, users must provide full personal information, including full name and phone number. However, the Firm and/or its representatives do not undertake to respond, acknowledge, or address any inquiries or questions submitted through the Website.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All rights, including copyrights and intellectual property rights, related to the Website and its content—including articles, updates, design, software, applications, code, graphics, texts, and all other materials—are the exclusive property of the Firm’s founder, Attorney Asaf Avraham. Nothing in the Website or these Terms grants any user or third party any right, license, or authorization regarding these rights.
3.2 Without derogating from the above, users are strictly prohibited from altering, editing, processing, rewriting, deleting, copying, adding, photographing, duplicating, publishing, distributing, publicly displaying, translating, or transferring Website content to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior written consent from Attorney Asaf Avraham or an authorized representative.
3.3 Users are forbidden from using the Website’s name, “Asaf Avraham & Co. – Law Firm,” or any content appearing on the Website without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of the Firm’s intellectual property rights, and the Firm reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions to enforce its rights.

  1. Amendments to Terms and Website Content

4.1 The Firm and/or its representatives reserve the full right to modify, amend, add to, delete, or remove any provisions of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
4.2 Continued use of the Website following any modifications to these Terms shall constitute full and explicit acceptance of the updated Terms as published.
4.3 The Firm and/or its representatives reserve the right to make changes and updates to the Website at any time, including suspending, discontinuing, adding, removing, or deleting any elements of the Website at their sole discretion and without prior notice.
4.4 The Firm and/or its representatives reserve the right to restrict, block, or prevent access—either wholly or partially—to specific users, Firm clients, certain Website pages, publications, services, or any other content at their sole discretion.
4.5 The Firm and/or its representatives reserve the right to implement substantial or other changes to the Website, including modifications to its structure, design, service availability, or any other related elements, at any time and without prior notice.
4.6 The Firm and/or its representatives may terminate Website operations, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.
4.7 The user hereby fully and explicitly waives any claims, demands, or actions against the Firm and/or its representatives regarding changes to the Website, including potential malfunctions or damages incurred as a result of such changes.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These Terms and any use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to the user’s location when accessing the Website.
5.2 Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding related to the use of the Website or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.
